Installation and updates improvements

For sure that you've heard of this mod of GTA San Andreas. Red Dead Redemption 2 support

For Red Dead Redemption 2 support, our goal was to provide better user experience. We focused on two things: file names and bug fixes.

In OpenIV 4.0.1, we added many names for files, audio tracks and some of text keys. Modding community found and provided many of those names and strings. To keep track of all the names and other strings we created new GitHub repository that everyone can use and contribute. You can find it here – https://github.com/OpenIV-Team/RAGE-StringsDatabase, in this repository you can see all the names and strings that currently known by OpenIV, they are divided into text databases. Besides strings, it also contain set of small tools that allows you to work with those databases and makes it easier to add new strings yourself. Work is still in progress, currently there is not much documentation.

Other changes for RDR 2:

We fixed an issue where it was not possible to run Red Dead Redemption 2 from OpenIV.
We fixed an issue resulting in OpenIV crash when trying to open some of the RDR 2 audio files.
We fixed an issue where OpenIV incorrectly exports multichannel audio from RDR 2.
We fixed an issue where OpenIV was not able to work with some textures in RDR 2.
We added ability to export META/PSO files to XML format from file context menu.

Solution 1: Turn Off Fast Startup

Right click on the “Win” button or tap “Win” + “X”, open“Power options”, then click “Choose what the power button do” in left panel.

Scroll down and you will see “Shutdown settings” are gray; you cannot directly change the settings there. Please scroll up and click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable”, then the “Shutdown settings” will turn black, uncheck the box in front of “Turn on fast startup” and save changes. After you restart the computer, the Windows 10 stuck in sleep mode issues will be solved.

Solution 2: Restore Power Plan to Default Settings

Sometimes, after you have changed the power plan settings, the Windows 10 system can’t normally wake up form sleep mode. So you need to restore the power plan to default settings.

In “Power options”, click “Change when the computer sleeps”, click on “Restore default settings for this plan” then confirm the changes. You will successfully solved computer can’t wake up after Windows 10 sleep problems.

Solution 3: Use CMD Command to Disable Windows 10 Sleep

Tap “Win” +”X”, then input “cmd” into the run box and hit enter. It will open the command console. Then input “powercfg/h off”and hit enter to disable the sleep mode in Windows 10 system.Next time you restart the computer, the Windows 10 can’t wake up from sleep mode problem will disappear.

Solution 4: Roll-back Intel(R) Management Engine Interface (MEI) to Previous Version

A known Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has been convinced that it will influence the computer to wake up after Windows 10 update.

Right click on the “Win” button or tap “Win” + “R”, click on“Power options”, open “Device Manager”. Under “System devices” option, Right click on “Intel(R) Management Engine Interface” and open properties.

In Driver tab, click “Roll Back Driver” to roll back the driver to previous version, or you can click “Uninstall” to uninstall the driver. Normally, the version 11.X will caused the computer can’t wake up after Windows 10 sleep, so we suggest that you can install version 10.X or 9.X of the MEI driver.

In general, the system can’t wake up problems mostly caused by system settings. If all of above solutions cannot help you fix it, please check the hardware status of your computer. To cleanup and speedup your system, please refer to Windows Care Genius.

College football is notoriously unpredictable. For that reason, many bettors choose to take a quarter-by-quarter approach to betting on the games. Taking a quarter-by-quarter approach allows gamblers to break down the games into more manageable segments – not to mention it provides the opportunity to win back losses quickly. College Football Teaser Betting Teasers are a popular way to make sports bets because bettors can move the point spread to their advantage. Bettors either move down the point spread for a favorite or move up the spread for an underdog. Bettors can play teasers that give them anywhere from six points per game all the way up to 20. If you’re feeling that you know how to bet on college football, now you’re going need some college football-specific tips on how to win. Betting on college football is wholly different from its professional counterpart, and there are some general strategies that you can use to help you win in the long run. Bet on Coaches Who Beat.

When it comes to betting on football, it would seem like the NFL is the place to make your money. With less teams, more consistent players year-in and year-out, and less change in gameplay, it would stand to reason that the pros are the way to go.

Although these things are all true, each year, sportsbooks win a higher percentage of bettors’ money on NFL bets than in any other sport. This is the reason why so many serious sports gamblers turn to the college ranks to make their money.

College football provides an opportunity to bet on a wide range of games, meaning bettors have way more options when it comes to pulling the trigger on a particular play. It also means that you can be much more selective in finding the ideal conditions you’re looking for in a bet.

Because of all these options, bettors have created an endless number of strategies and systems that they’ve found success with over the years. In this article, I’ll dive into a few that you can add to your playbook to help add a few extra dollars to your bankroll come season’s end.

1 – Over Heat

It goes without saying, or at least it should, that checking the weather before betting on a game is something you should do. With that being said, knowing the weather report doesn’t do much good unless you know how to use the information effectively.

It’s true that wind, rain, and any other precipitation have a major impact on the game, but I believe temperature can be even more valuable.

Games that are played in hot temperatures tend to be dominated by the offense. The reasoning is that defenses tend to get worn out during the course of a game and heat exacerbates this phenomenon significantly.

When you’re going through your list of potential games to bet on, see if you can locate a few where the temperatures are going to be in the high 80s, 90s, or beyond and strongly consider betting the over.

As the season progresses, the weather cools down for most of the country, so focus on leagues like Pac-12 or Big 12 to find games with high temperatures. These leagues have a history of high-scoring offenses. Although bookmakers take this into account, you can still have major success betting the over.

2 – Road Warriors

Sports gamblers, especially amateur sports gamblers, have their biases. One major bias is towards the favorite, even when accounting for the spread. Some college football books report up to 60% to 70% (and even higher) of the total number of bets placed on the favorite against the spread.

Team A is the better team, but because they’re on the road the sportsbooks put out a spread of Team A +4 points. They do this because they know the public will incorrectly take the home favorite.

Simply put, there’s no better time to choose an underdog than when they’re on the road and getting less than seven points.

3 – Bet on the Sleepers

Beating the online sportsbooks is extremely difficult in the NFL, and the same can be said about big time college football. It makes sense; the games that receive the most action are always going to be the most valuable for the sportsbooks.

You might be surprised to learn that the group of the top five teams against the spread from 2013 to 2019 doesn’t include Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, or any of the traditional powers. Instead, the schools with the best (at or around 60%) record against the spread are Temple, Navy, Duke, Colorado State, and Marshall.

That’s right, these overlooked teams have returned more money for bettors than any of the traditional top teams in the country. Because these teams typically receive very little action on their games, sportsbooks haven’t made them a huge focus. This has left the door open for gamblers to take advantage.

The same can be said for many of the NCAA’s non-power five teams. You can make money off these smaller programs by focusing on a handful of teams from smaller conferences. Get to know these teams and you’ll begin to find holes in the odds that can pay off big.

4 – Bet on Rest at Home

The college football season is a grind, and important players on every team get banged up each week. Getting a week off is crucial not only because it gives coaches an extra week to scheme, but it also provides an opportunity for a team to get healthy.

Typically, there aren’t many circumstances in which it’s advisable to take a favorite. With that said, following a bye week, college football teams that are a home favorite have a tendency to cover at a rate not usually seen with favorites in other situations.

From 2005 to 2019, home favorites that are coming off a bye have performed at a rate of 289-235 against the spread, which results in a 7.2% return on investment. If the home favorite coming off a bye is ranked at the time of the bye, their record climbs to 90-61 against the spread and results in a nearly 16% return on investment.

The data would suggest that taking a good team coming off a bye is one of the best bets if you’re looking to put spot the rare undervalued favorite.

5 – Counterintuitive Wins

After choosing to bring the Pexiga to Badger, Steele will enter into the first of two new combat scenarios, the first being Nym-Foe. Losing to Nym-Foe will result in a Bad End.
After defeating Nym-Foe, Steele is then directly pushed into the second combat scenario against the Doll Maker. Losing to the Doll Maker will result in a Bad End. Bimbos bypass this combat and instead have a choice to talk to Doctor Badger or Get Dolled. Choosing to get dolled will result in a Bad End
After defeating both Nym-Foe and Doll Maker, Badger appears and sets to work on the Pexiga, progression through the scenes eventually yields the now sentient, although bimbofied, Pexiga, which Steele is then given the option to name. There is a one-time threeway sex scene with Doctor Badger, Pexiga, and Steele that Steele can opt out of.

Alternatively, if Dr. Badger has been reported and captured by the U.G.C., Steele will be unable to enter her lab due to a patrolling party of Peacekeepers. Steele must cause a distraction by talking to either Delilah (in The Mess) or Dr.Lash (in his office) to be able to Explore her lab temporarily. From there, the hostile encounter with Nym-Foe will occur, and subsequently the encounter with the Doll Maker. Defeating and/or bypassing the opponents successfully will ensure the 'uplifting' of Pexiga.

Octavarium is the eighth studio album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater. Released on June 7, 2005, it was the band's final release with Atlantic Records. Recorded between September 2004 and February 2005, it was the last album recorded at The Hit Factory in New York City. With it, the band decided to create 'a classic Dream Theater album', drawing upon their various stylistic influences while trying to make the music less complex. The album takes its creative concept from the musical octave.

Unlike we have seen suggested elsewhere on the web, it is not necessary to use a cloud torrent service to download torrents on a Chromebook. In fact, thanks to Chrome OS increasing its support for Android and Linux apps, you can torrent files conventionally and it's never been easier.
Choose your path: Android or Linux
Before you torrent on a Chromebook, the first thing you need to decide is whether to do it in Android or Linux, although that decision might be made for you depending on what device you own. Almost all Chromebooks are now compatible with Android apps, while Linux support is reserved only for newer models.
Check if your device is compatible with Linux.
Chrome OS’s native integration of the Google Play Store means that torrenting using Android VPN and BitTorrent apps is undoubtedly an easier option. It is, therefore, the option we recommend for most Chromebook users, although Linux does have its advantages.
The main benefit of torrenting in Linux on your Chromebook is that it allows you to use full desktop BitTorrent clients, such as qBitTorrent. These are undoubtedly more powerful than their Android cousins, although it is questionable whether many torrenters will ever really use their advanced features.
Below, we show you how to set up using both the Android and the Linux method, so you can pick the solution that works for you.
How to Torrent on Chromebook - The Android way
Chromebook users can torrent safely using Android VPN and BitTorrent apps available from the Play Store. Simply follow the steps below.
Enable Android apps (if you haven’t already)
Most Chromebooks these days support Android apps, although on older devices you may need to enable them by updating your OS and going to
Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store.

Sign up for VPN service

These can be downloaded and installed for free, but you will need to subscribe to them via an in-app purchase.
Looking for a free option? While free VPNs do exist, we do not recommend them for torrenting because they are both restrictive on data allowance and can be questionable with privacy. After all, there are many cowboys out there in the land of Android.
Choosing the right VPN: If you do deviate from our recommendations, it’s important to choose an Android VPN app that allows for torrenting. Most do, and in doing so, they shield their users from copyright enforcers. But those that don’t may cancel your VPN subscription, or even hand your details over details upon receipt of a DMCA-style notice.
Once you have chosen your VPN, you simply need to install it onto your device, launch the app and choose a server.
Top Tip: For faster torrenting choose a server closer to your real location. These tend to be faster than those further away.
It’s worth noting that while Android VPNs secure online activity from other Android apps and regular Chrome browsing, they do not protect Linux apps in the same way, as Linux runs in its own sandbox environment. Similarly, you can configure a VPN in Chrome OS itself using PPTP or L2TP/IPsec, but this also will not secure Linux sessions.
Enable a kill switch
A “kill switch” prevents your Chromebook from accessing the internet without a VPN connection. They are particularly useful for torrenters because they often leave their computers downloading and seeding unattended for hours at a time. And a VPN dropout during that time can leave you very exposed!
Please note: Kill switches may be called something else, such as “Network lock” or even just “Firewall”. Kill switches are usually enabled manually in your VPN app but are sometimes transparently built-in. For example, the ExpressVPN app for Android includes a kill switch labeled “Network protection.”
Can't find your kill switch?
Unfortunately, many Android VPN apps lack a kill switch. If you can’t see a kill switch option in your VPN app, then contact your provider to ask if one is built-in. If one isn't, then either change provider or you can configure the OpenVPN for Android app to act as a kill switch as so:
a) Edit the specific connection in the “Profiles” tab.
b) Go to the “Advanced” tab and check “Persistent Tun” and set “Connection retries” to Unlimited.
You now have an OpenVPN kill switch for Android, perfect for keeping your torrenting sessions private.
Download and install a BitTorrent app
There are plenty of good BitTorrent apps available in the Play Store, although we like BigyBT because it is open source and ad-free. It also supports port forwarding, if this is important to you (we cover this later in step 8).
Visit a torrent site in Chrome
If you are not sure where to look, Google (or better yet, DuckDuckGo) can help. Many ISPs block torrent sites, so there’s a very good chance you’ll need a VPN running just to access them.
Once there, you can browse or search for the content you want. This can be movies, TV shows, music tracks and albums, games, apps, eBooks, and more. If it's digital, then you can torrent it.
Many BitTorrent clients have a built-in search function, but visiting a torrent site provides much more information about the torrents, making it easier to find high-quality content.

Start downloading a torrent
Once you have found the content you want, click on its Magnet link or download its torrent file.

Once you click on a Magnet link or download a .torrent file, it should automatically open in your Android BitTorrent app and start downloading (Chrome OS and Android play nice with each other on a Chromebook these days).
